Facilities
Located in the heart of southern California’s San Fernando Valley, our 13,000 ft2, climate-controlled facility is
equipped to handle all aspects of the manufacturing process, from milling and grinding to finishing and kitting. We employ Lean Manufacturing principles and Visual Factory tools to optimize our work processes and streamline internal communications for continued on-time fulfillment of orders.
Our professional machinists and certified operators have combined decades of experience in the manufacturing industry. Each member of our team is committed to quality in each step of the production process and we utilize comprehensive quality control measures to ensure the highest precision and complete documentation of every component we produce.
With a continually updated lineup of advanced manufacturing equipment, we are able to handle orders with
extremely tight-tolerances on both small and large components. Our facilities can fulfill small runs for prototyping, large-scale production runs, and all orders in between.
